Nebula Alpha Ltd is an independent commercial desk founded by William De'Ath. It works worldwide with technology companies and compute infrastructure owners, and with the funds assessing them, on the buyers, pricing and contract terms that turn a working product or live capacity into commercial commitments.

- The problem it solves: AI access is not AI adoption. Organisations have given people AI tools such as Copilot or an enterprise chat, but many staff have not really started, and some use personal tools quietly.
- Format: one group of 12 to 20 people, two half-day sessions of about 3 hours on separate days, with a few days of trying AI on real work in between. Delivered in English, worldwide.
- Approach: not a course about AI. People work on their own weekly tasks (emails, reports, meeting notes) with an outside guide who is not HR, IT or Legal and does not report on individuals.
- Output: a short, anonymous written summary for leaders covering how people feel about and use AI, what holds adoption back, everyday use cases that work, questions for security, legal, data protection, HR or IT, and a sensible next step. No names, no scores.
- Who it is for: international companies, international bodies and NGOs that work in English, usually starting with HR and People, IT and Digital, Security and Risk, or Leadership.
- Not suited to: advanced tool-specific training, monitoring or rating individual employees, large transformation programmes, or delivery in languages other than English.

## Founder

William De'Ath has over 25 years of international commercial leadership. He has helped companies with new, unproven technology win their first enterprise contracts, including taking a novel AI product to SGS, distributed ledger technology to AirAsia and DNA microbiology to a major US food corporation. He previously handled maritime vessel charters on one to five year terms, a discipline that carries over to contracting AI compute capacity.
